Project Overview

Igniva Saade is a Shopify store selling practical guidebooks for popular AI tools, from ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini to Canva, ElevenLabs and Midjourney. Its 48 guides run as three catalogues of 16, in English, Spanish and French, and every one is a digital download with no shipping step.

We repaired the store first, then redesigned it on Shopify’s Horizon theme: a new dark hero, distinct product cards, a clear identity for each language and a calmer path from the first screen to checkout.

Goal, problems and solutions

Goal

Redesign the existing platform into a modern and user-friendly digital storefront.Improve product discovery, visual hierarchy, and the overall purchasing experience.

Problems

  • Outdated User Experience

The existing interface lacked a strong visual hierarchy and a modern ecommerce experience, making the platform feel less engaging.

    Found in the audit

    • Price below the fold on product pages
    • Buy button placed before the product name
  • Difficult Product Discovery

With multiple AI guides and languages, users needed a clearer way to browse, understand, and choose the right resources.

    Found in the audit

    • Dead collection links in all three languages
    • Digital guides set up as shipped goods

Solutions

  • Modernized Interface

Introduced a cleaner visual system, stronger typography, improved spacing, and consistent components to create a polished experience.

    Live on the store

    • Price sits in the buy box
    • Product name, price, then the button
  • Simplified Shopping Journey

Restructured navigation and product presentation to help users discover guides faster and move smoothly from browsing to purchase.

    Live on the store

    • English, Spanish and French collections open from the menu
    • No shipping step for digital guides

Phase 16 of 7 live

Stop the Bleeding

Seven critical faults that lost buyers before they could pay: dead links, a digital guide treated like a parcel and a buy box in the wrong order.

  1. Navigation collection links corrected

    Live

BeforeAll three language links in the main menu pointed at handles that didn't exist, so each ended on a 404.

FixMatched the menu to the real collection handles for English, Spanish and French.

ProofAll three collection URLs answer 200 today.

The three language links in the store's main menu: dead ends before, live collections now.
  2. Footer trust links restored

    Live

BeforeThe About, policy and help links a cautious buyer checks before paying led nowhere.

FixRestored About us, Privacy policy and Help & Questions, each labelled for the page it opens, with format, access and refund answers on the help page.

ProofThree footer links, three live pages.

  3. Digital product shipping corrected

    Live

BeforeDownloadable guides were set up as physical products, so the cart treated a PDF like a parcel.

FixSwitched shipping off in the product data itself, not hidden with styling.

Proofrequires_shipping is false on all 48 guides.

    GET /products.json

    "requires_shipping":false

    48 / 48 guides

Shipping switched off in the product data for every guide in every language.
  4. Price moved into the visible buy box

    Live

BeforeThe price sat outside the main product block, so buyers scrolled to find it.

FixMoved it into the buy box, directly under the guide's title.

ProofOn every product page the price sits in the buy box, before the button.

  5. CTA button order corrected

    Live

BeforeAdd to cart came before the product name, asking for the sale before saying what it was.

FixRebuilt the buy box to read title, price, quantity, then Add to cart.

ProofThe same order on every guide, in all three languages.

    Add to cart

The buy box now reads in buying order: what it is, what it costs, how many, then the button.
  6. Cart panel styling fixed

    In progress

Signed off once we've checked the order summary with a guide in the cart.

  7. Homepage built beyond the single hero

    Live

BeforeThe homepage was a hero image and then the footer.

FixBuilt it out: featured guides with search, a benefits strip, a why-it-helps block, the three language collections, video and a newsletter.

ProofSeven homepage sections live, from "AI clarity for ambitious minds" to the newsletter.

Phase 23 of 8 live

Build the Case to Buy

Eight points that give a first-time buyer reasons to trust the store and keep browsing: full catalogues in three languages, real descriptions and paths to the next guide.

  1. All three language catalogues rebuilt

    Live

BeforeThe Spanish and French shelves weren't a full match for the English one.

FixRebuilt all three catalogues, with titles written in each language rather than copied from the English.

Proof48 guides live, 16 in each language.

  2. Product page trust elements added

    In progress

Instant-download, file-format and secure-checkout lines for the buy box. Those answers already sit on Help & Questions.

  3. Product descriptions rewritten for clarity

    Live

BeforeProduct copy didn't say who a guide was for or what it covered.

FixWrote a specific description for every guide: features, models, prompts and use cases.

ProofThe ChatGPT guide runs to about 250 words; Canva has its own, not a copy.

  4. Collection pages given working filters

    Partly live

LiveNine sort options plus availability and price filters on every collection.

    NextFilters by topic and level.

  5. Cart and checkout messaging aligned

    Partly live

LiveThe cart no longer says anything about shipping a download.

NextCheckout and confirmation email wording, confirmed with a test order.

  6. Internal linking connected

    Live

BeforeProduct pages were dead ends. Finish reading one guide and there was nowhere to go.

FixAdded a "You may also like" carousel to every guide and suggestions to the cart.

ProofEvery product page links to ten other guides.

From the end of one guide straight into the next, the internal links product pages were missing.
  7. Homepage social proof section added

    In progress

Waiting on genuine buyer reviews. We won't fill the space with made-up ones.

  8. Average order value logic reviewed

    In progress

No bundle or multi-buy offer yet; a complete set per language is the obvious next step.

Phase 33 of 7 live

Win on Every Device and Every Search

Seven points for the phone in a buyer's hand and the search results they start from, in English, Spanish and French.

  1. All interactive elements meet 44×44px touch targets

    In progress

Menu links already pass. The header icons and card buttons are next.

  2. Horizontal overflow eliminated

    Live

BeforeWide sliders and images could push a page sideways under a thumb.

FixContained the hero, sliders and carousels inside the viewport.

ProofMeasured at 375 and 390px, page width equals screen width on the home, collection and product pages.

  3. Sticky header and bar adjusted

    Live

BeforePinned bars competed with the text for space on a phone screen.

FixLet the header scroll away on mobile and gave product pages a slim Add to cart bar at the bottom.

ProofAt 375px nothing stays pinned over the top of the content.

  4. Hamburger menu reviewed on real mobile sizes

    Partly live

LiveThe drawer opens cleanly with seven links, each a full-width, 47px-tall target.

NextA larger tap area for the menu icon itself.

  5. Every product page gets its own SEO title and description

    Live

BeforeProduct pages fell back to the store's default description.

FixWrote a title and meta description for every guide, in its own language, at search-result length.

Proof36 product pages (12 guides in three languages) with their own 128–158 character descriptions.

  6. Collection and homepage SEO titles set

    Partly live

LiveEach language collection has its own title: "Complete AI Guides - English", "Guías completas de IA - Spanish", "Guides complets sur l'IA – French".

NextThe homepage title and the collection meta descriptions.

  7. Full final QA pass

    In progress

The written QA checklist closes the project once the open points above are done.

Live means we checked it on the store ourselves on 6 October 2026: the page source, the product data and the rendered page at desktop and phone widths. Partly live means only the part described is live. The rest is still in progress.

Site Redesign

Four storefront screens, before and after. Drag the handle, or focus it and use the arrow keys, to compare the original Shopify store with the redesign.

Hero Section

Redesigned Igniva Saade homepage hero: a dark navy layout with the headline "AI clarity for ambitious minds", a Shop now button and floating AI tool logos
Original Igniva Saade homepage: a plain white hero reading "AI clarity for ambitious minds" beside a tablet photo, with the footer menu directly below

Before

Pain Point — Weak First Impression

The original hero lacked visual impact and clear product context, making it difficult for users to immediately understand the brand’s AI-focused offering.

After

Redesign — Clear Brand Image

The redesigned hero introduces stronger hierarchy, AI-focused visuals, clearer messaging, and a prominent CTA, communicating the platform’s purpose at first glance.

AI Guides

Redesigned Complete AI Guides – English collection with a distinct cover for each guide, including Canva, ChatGPT, Claude, ElevenLabs, Gemini and HeyGen
Original Complete AI Guides – English collection: twelve guides in a grid, every one shown with the same open-book image

Before

Pain Point — Repetitive Presentation

The original product grid used nearly identical visuals across every guide, making products difficult to distinguish and reducing browsing clarity.

After

Redesign — Distinct Catalog

The redesign gives each AI guide a unique visual identity, with stronger product cards, clearer hierarchy, and improved spacing, making guides easier to recognize, compare, and explore.

Collections

Redesigned All Collection page: Spanish, English and French AI guide collections, each with its own headline in its language
Original collections page: the English, Spanish and French collections shown side by side with the same open-book image

Before

Pain Point — No Collection Difference

The original collections used the same imagery across languages, making each category feel repetitive and difficult to distinguish at a glance.

After

Redesign — Clear Collection Identity

The redesign gives each language collection distinct messaging and stronger visual presentation, creating clearer separation while making the catalog easier to navigate.

Contact Form

Redesigned Get in Touch page: a Send Us A Message card with labelled fields, example placeholders, a full-width Send Message button and a privacy note
Original contact page: a bare form with placeholder-only Name, Email, Phone and Comment fields and a small Submit button

Before

Pain Point — Basic & Unclear Interaction

The original form lacked clear field hierarchy, guidance, and visual feedback, making the contact experience feel generic and unfinished.

After

Redesign — Trustworthy Form

The redesigned form improves field clarity, hierarchy, CTA visibility, and supporting guidance, creating a more polished and reassuring way for users to get in touch.

  1. Hero: one promise, one button

"AI clarity for ambitious minds" says what the store sells before anything else loads. One Shop now button, two short proof lines (Master AI Tools, AI Intelligence Simplified) and a glowing grid of the very tools the guides cover.

  2. Featured guides with search

The homepage used to be a hero and then the footer. Now real guides sit one scroll down: a search pill over eight cards, each with its cover, title, a quick-add cart button and a view arrow, then "Showing 8 of 48" and Show More Products.

  3. Topic marquee

A moving strip of topics (AI Creative, AI Quality, AI Tech, AI Experts, AI Generator) closes the shop shelf and opens the story, so the page changes pace instead of stacking grids.

  4. The why block

"Skip the tech noise. Master the tools that matter." This is the case for buying: step-by-step guidebooks instead of 500-page manuals, with ChatGPT, Claude, Canva and ElevenLabs named. A light beam circles the floating card beside it.

  5. Three language collections

Spanish, English and French each get their own card and cover ("Domina la era de la IA", "Master the AI era", "Maîtrisez l'ère de l'IA") with a 16-guide count. A buyer picks their language before a single product.

  6. Brand film

A full-width, muted, looping film of a glowing AI sphere, with pause and mute controls. It gives the page one quiet brand moment between choosing a collection and signing up.

  7. Newsletter

One email field and a Subscribe pill, with the offer stated plainly: special offers, product updates and member-only discounts. It keeps the visitors who are not ready to buy today.

  8. Footer trust links

The navy footer repeats the menu with all three language collections and the FAQ, and carries About us, Privacy policy and Help & Questions, a contact email, opening hours and payment icons. Every link now opens a real page.

Design System

One typeface and a short, strict palette. Inter carries the whole storefront, heavy for headlines and plain for reading; navy and ocean blue come from the board, and the live theme adds a bright sky blue for buttons, a near-black ink and slate greys.

Practical guidebooks for ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Canva and ElevenLabs, written in English, Spanish and French. Each one turns a crowded AI tool into short, numbered steps a busy professional can follow in minutes, and the type stays just as clear on a phone as on a laptop.

Shopify repair FAQ

Shopify store repair, redesign and multilingual SEO: Questions, answered

What store owners ask us before we audit, repair or redesign a Shopify store, from dead menu links to a store that sells in three languages.

Ask us anything
  • Usually, yes. Most stores we see do not need a rebuild, they need a clear list of what is costing sales. For Igniva Saade we wrote a 22-point Shopify repair proposal in three phases (stop the bleeding, build the case to buy, win on every device and every search) and worked through it on the live store. The menu links to the three language collections were dead ends and now open the real catalogues, the guides no longer ask for shipping, and the buy box reads in the right order.

  • We go through the store as a buyer would and read its data the way Shopify does: menu and footer links, product settings such as shipping, the buy box and the cart, collection pages and filters, internal links, mobile touch targets and overflow, and every page title and meta description. Each finding becomes a numbered point with a priority, so you can see what to fix first and what can wait.

  • A digital product should never ask for a delivery address. We switch off the shipping requirement in the product data itself rather than hiding it with styling, so the cart and checkout stop talking about delivery, then set up digital delivery so the buyer receives the file after checkout. On Igniva Saade every guide in all three languages is now set up as a product that does not need shipping.

  • Yes. Igniva Saade runs one store with a collection for each language, 16 guides in each, and a menu entry that leads straight to it. Every product page carries its title and description in its own language, and each language collection has its own title too, such as "Guías completas de IA - Spanish" and "Guides complets sur l'IA – French". Buyers land in their language, and so does search.

  • Yes. Igniva Saade runs on Shopify's Horizon theme, and we redesigned the storefront inside it: a new hero ("AI clarity for ambitious minds"), distinct product cards, an identity for each language collection, a proper contact form and a new footer. Products, orders and apps stay where they are, so the redesign changes what buyers see, not how the store runs.

  • Page by page, for what a buyer would type into search, in the language of the page. We replace the store default with a specific title and a description short enough to show in full in a search result. On Igniva Saade the product pages now read like "Complete Guide to ChatGPT: AI Features" in English and "La Guía Completa de DeepSeek: funciones y modelos de IA" in Spanish.

  • Order and trust. A buyer should read what the product is, then what it costs, then the button, with nothing surprising further down: no shipping talk on a download, a clear line on what arrives, and other products to move on to instead of a dead end. On Igniva Saade the buy box now reads title, price, quantity and Add to cart, and every guide offers more under "You may also like".

  • Yes. We keep stores running after launch: theme and app updates, fixes, new collections or languages, and regular SEO checks, on a monthly plan or when you need us. Every store is different, so we quote after a short call once we have seen yours.
